Individual Consultation
Our 1:1 OCD consultation sessions offer a focused space to explore case conceptualization, exposure hierarchy design, and evidence-based interventions including ERP, ACT, and inhibitory learning strategies. Ideal for clinicians looking to deepen their confidence with complex OCD cases or receive personalized feedback on treatment planning and barriers.
Group Consultation
Group consultations provide a supportive learning environment for 4–6 clinicians to bring active cases, share insights, and problem-solve together under the guidance of an experienced OCD consultant.
