Kelly is a Licensed Social Worker specializing in the treatment of adolescents and adults coping with OCD and trauma. She earned her Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University.

As someone with OCD lived experience, Kelly is passionate about treating OCD and related disorders. She also specializes in treating anxiety, phobias, depression and trauma, and enjoys supporting individuals experiencing life transitions, relationship difficulties, or challenges related to self-esteem and self-worth.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Kelly was a tutor to high school and college students with learning differences- so she especially enjoys working with individuals with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence.

Kelly is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts psychology and person-centered and mindfulness-based techniques to promote healing. She is under the direct supervision of Clinical Supervisor Robert Flowers, MSW, LCSW, ACS.

Kelly believes that everyone deserves a life of abundance, inner peace and connection. Whether you are struggling with specific issues or simply feel stuck- there is hope. She aims to hold space for your healing, teach skills to manage the stressors of the moment and the future, and hold up the canvas while you paint a vision for what the healthiest 'you' looks and feels like. Kelly takes special care to create a warm, safe and affirming atmosphere where clients feel they can be the truest versions of themselves.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys hiking, camping, or curling up with a good book and warm cup of coffee.
