Natalie Pascale earned her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regis University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. She receives specialized training and direct supervision from Mike Lyons, LPC, CSAT.

Natalie received her bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University, with a dual major in anthropology and psychology. Always fascinated by the diversity of human experience, Natalie works to understand clients through a trauma-informed lens, while also taking into account the complex cultural, psychological, and intergenerational systems that interweave to develop a unique individual experience. She believes in empowering her clients to understand themselves in a meaningful way, within their own life story.

Natalie takes a holistic approach to her practice. She believes in the healing power of nature, movement, and mindfulness. Natalie believes that using compassion, humor, and creativity are key to empowering clients for success. She utilizes a variety of techniques and orientations to best meet her clients' needs, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Existential Therapy, and more. Natalie is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Ketamine Integration Therapy, and is receiving continuing education and trainings.


In her free time, Natalie loves to travel, garden, read, cook, and spend time outdoors. Natalie loves learning about different cultures through food and language, sitting under trees, extensively reading about history, and shopping for anything vintage. Natalie can often be found spending quality time with her partner, family and friends.
