Aimee is pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. She currently receives specialized training and direct supervision from Ignite’s Internship Program, Manager, Hester Campbell, LPC, NCC.

Aimee believes that healing happens when we come to know and wholly accept all parts of ourselves. Through a collaborative and empathetic approach, Aimee helps her clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the unconscious processes that influence how they show up in the world and make meaning from their experiences. She supports her clients with non-judgmental curiosity as they discover the inner wisdom that lives within them so they can alleviate distress and live more authentic, fulfilling lives.

Aimee provides individualized counseling to adults from all backgrounds, with a special interest in trauma, grief & loss, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping people navigate all facets of the human experience to cultivate a sense of meaning in their lives and connection to their ever-evolving selves.

As an Intern, Aimee works with individuals impacted by:
