Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Candidate and Clinical Internship Therapist

Heather is pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. She currently receives specialized training and direct supervision from Ignite’s Internship Program, Manager, Hester Campbell, LPC, NCC.

Heather embarks on a deeply personalized journey with each of her clients, facilitating a path towards greater resilience and personal growth. With a lifetime of experiences informing her counseling practice, Heather is dedicated to understanding her clients' unique narratives. She believes in the power of intuition and the inherent wisdom within each individual, guiding them gently towards uncovering their own truths and discarding outdated beliefs.

Using a person-centered approach, Heather addresses a spectrum of concerns, including relationship issues, OCD-related disorders, trauma, attachment disorders, and life transitions. Heather has received training in various therapeutic modalities such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), ACT, Mindfulness-based Therapy, and Ketamine Integration Therapy (KIT).
