As your counselor, I will welcome you into a safe space where you feel seen, heard, valued, and honored. I believe, one the best things we can do for ourselves, is begin to understand our own story. Life brings us many changes and challenges that hold us back from living to our fullest potential. When we approach these with curiosity rather than fear, we slowly begin to decrease the control they have on us. I am passionate about helping my clients take control of their lives. Through this work it is my hope you discover your strengths, increase your self-awareness, and live an empowered and authentic life.

Additionally, I hold a strong passion in working with individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma.

I understand seeking a counselor is not easy and can be an emotional process. I would love to meet with you for a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit to work together.

“As long as you keep secrets and suppress information, you are fundamentally at war with yourself…The critical issue is allowing yourself to know what you know. That takes an enormous amount of courage.”
